| The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. announces preliminary unaudited results for the year 2014:
Consolidated revenue grew 8% to EUR 352 million
Gross profit increased to EUR 135 million (+66%)
EBITDA amounted EUR 116 million (+90%)
Net debt declined 18% to EUR 216 million
Audited consolidated annual report for 2014 will be published in due course on April 10, 2015.
